About Us
We are a team of passionate thinkers and doers based in Trondheim, Norway.
The SaunaMastery project - propelled by Emil Espen Asbjørnslett - is a vision of bringing sauna rituals out to local saunas and expand the sauna community.
All of us have saunamaster experience from HAVET Arena in Trondheim, Norway - where we met. We do rituals here on a weekly or daily basis.
Separated by various levels of experience and interests, we are united by our love for creating unique and memorable saunarituals for our guests.
This project is driven by passion to expand the sauna community - bringing more people into the warmth and benefits of sauna rituals.
